Under this modality: (a) The software, source code, patents, and intellectual property rights belong solely and exclusively to BrosMont Solutions; (b) Clients and freelancers acquire a non-exclusive, revocable, and limited right of use through the payment of recurring time-of-use subscriptions (monthly, annually, or as otherwise determined).
Multi-Office Licensing Scheme: Each contracted subscription includes a specific licensing system. This allows a company to use the tool in its different offices, branches, or workspaces autonomously and decentralized under the same subscription, subject to the contracted volume and usage limits.
4. Secure Storage and Platform Access
All content, databases, and information processed through our mass-use tools are securely stored on our servers, complying with the highest encryption and data protection standards. Each company or freelancer will have their own customized control panel with secure access via unique and non-transferable credentials, guaranteeing the confidentiality of their operational and billing information.
